Revenge, forgiveness, or is it the end of times?
“History is being made through revenge.”
What would I do if I could wish upon a star to change the calamities of this time period?
I would choose humanity over facts that we misunderstand, for if we misjudge, then we set up a world filled with calamities.
What would I do if I had millions of dollars?
I would not spend my money on luxury runway dresses or luxury items you wear for one luxury event. I would choose to feed the hungry. I would watch them sleep peacefully without hunger, rather than purchase a new unnecessary item.
What would I do in an argument?
I would stop arguing with the differences rather than becoming the reason of a war. I would walk away for peace and spread peace. Yet I would show evidence and resolve the issue in peace.
What would I do if I knew a school house had a goon hidden inside?
Would I take down the whole school to prevent the goon from running away? I would search for the predators by foot rather than destroy a neighborhood where flourishing toddlers might be innocently playing. Their lives would be stopped even before they could begin because of my one anger-filled decision. I would rather negotiate for peace with peace.
My thoughts are why hold on to the knife of revenge that will only cut and destroy all who touch it?
Why would you fight to grab the knife that has two-sided blades? There is nothing you can do to win in this situation rather than loss of life.
I had remained silent when I watched innocent children were being buried under the rubbles in Palestine. I had remained silent when innocent Jewish people were unjustly taken as hostages. My silence was not out of ignorance. Rather, I wanted people to solve their own problems without being the voice of annoyance.
At times, I know being silent and staying out of the situation tend to resolve the problems in due time. I thought what could I give to both sides of an argument?
Then, I thought I can’t think of what I can or can’t give but only remind all about humanity and not to be on the wrong side of history.
Yet now I wonder how far would the fight of unjust go on? How far would one person go to get justice? Is it now justice or has the whole situation changed to revenge? Does revenge ever have any answers? Could revenge be favored through the pages of history?
Would you wipe out a home, a neighborhood, or a nation because you want justice or because you want revenge?
How far would you go to get revenge?
In movies, the people who take revenge eventually end up in jail, as you don’t take the laws in your own hands. Blind revenge can’t find blind justice, as eventually wrong will be voiced by all as just that it’s wrong. For in the future, you too will say your unjust revenge was just unjustified wrongdoing.
I remember in King Solomon’s court, the mother gave up her own child so the child would live. She did not fight for her child as she rather wanted her child to be alive than dead. I would let go of my anger so all of your children could live, any day, any time.
Yet today, I see it’s not fair judgment that prevails but anger and revenge.
The two-sided blades are hurting and only leaving behind the rivers of bleeding fingerprints of dead children.
Innocent and innocence have been left behind as dead corpses. They had no fault but were born in the houses of the enemies.
Yes, I do remember Jochebed gave birth to Moses, yet he was known as the son of Bithiah, the daughter of Pharaoh, as she had raised him as her son. Someone had loved him even in the enemy camp who gave him a chance in life.
Yet today, the love of a mother is missing as all mothers only cry for their own children, not at the dead lonely bodies of other innocent children. The world is silent like myself. Why I ask myself have I too been silent? I guess this war did not start fair as innocent Jewish people were hurt and taken without their consent or will. They have a right to say no more innocent lives will be taken especially if they are harmed in their own home and land. Yet I ask you the one who has suffered and have been hurt, how do you justify the death and destruction of so many innocent lives?
The pain you had been in is now spreading across the borders. The bridge you have made out of revenge is being made with the blood and dead bodies of innocent children.
How much more dead children and destruction will your heart take until your revenge-filled, hurtful hearts say enough?
Will you not say anything even if today amongst all of you, Moses stands and questions you, why revenge and not love?
I ask you the mother crying for your children, does your heart not cringe at the loss of other children?
It matters not which race, color, or religion an innocent child is from or belongs in. The innocent and innocence should always belong in the house of peace not war. Fight for your rights, not to stop others from ever being able to defend themselves.
I always had thought a loss of a child is felt by any other person.
Yet today I hear you are all divided because of religions and nations. Your hearts are made out of stones and you only feel your own pain, not of the others. At times, I too wonder who do I defend as I can’t take myself to only believe and love only one religion as all religions and races are created by one creator.
Why are we divided when we are all one human family? Why have you allowed religion and race to be the divider when humanity is the unifier? Race, color, or religion is good to have as they keep us the humans grounded. Patriotism is honorable as long as it is on the right side of history, and does not murder humanity.
Ask yourselves, are you murdering humanity and are you on the wrong side of history?
Are you allowing anger and your thoughts on religion to dictate what is right for the entire human race? Why would you think your ways of life is the best way of life for everyone? Let’s save our cultures, all religions, and all race by respecting and loving all humans because of our humanitarian souls.
Christ the Savior had carried the burden of our sins and had forgiven his enemies. He would today walk with forgiveness and not with revenge. For if we had not followed his path of forgiveness, we would still be fighting with one another.
I ask all of you why are you all quiet when today a whole nation is being taken down because of revenge?
Why don’t any one of you see even if one innocent life is taken out, that is unjust? For a life taken can never be brought back, even if your anger subsides.
Ultimately that one life needs justice and needs to be saved and protected by all the others. Today, remember another innocent toddler’s life is at risk because we chose to hide and not be the voice of justice. We the world citizens did nothing to defend her innocent life. Soon she too will be buried underneath the rubbles as a dead corpse.
Let’s not take revenge on one another but let’s save all lives, the ones that are from our own land, race, and religion, and the lives that breathe across the borders who are of a different race, and believe in a different religion.
Unite for one another and let’s not look for more dead bodies beyond the rubbles.
Let’s join hands and rebuild together from the rubbles new homes and new hope for the lost buried children who can still be saved beyond the rubbles.
Diplomatic efforts fail, politics fails, religious differences remain, yet today let’s awaken humanity. For beyond all differences let’s tell the world we are humans with humanity.
We cannot get peace by destructing innocent lives in Gaza and Rafah.
For remember innocent lives are trying to shelter themselves in Rafah. You had invited them to Rafah and now at your invitation they had taken shelter there for safety. Yet now you are destroying Rafah and all your invited guests, because you assume there are some hidden enemies hiding within your invited guests. Yet taking revenge and risking all innocent lives because of a few can’t be justified. Revenge is dangerous, and this is your anger unjustified.
Today I again ask you the innocent people of Israel, how are you innocent if you have become the predators of the children of Gaza and now Rafah? Do the innocent children being picked up as dead corpses not bring tears to your eyes?
Let the children of all race, color, and religion have a chance to live.
Let them grow up and have a right to choose their own path. I ask all of you please don’t take away what you can never give back. A life for a life will not bring back a life.
I ask the world to awaken and get out from the cloud of anger and revenge and let the children live. If we have ended up at the end of times, it will be so. When it is it is.
Yet I would wish you the anger-filled, revengeful souls don’t end another child’s life and say it is what it is. For this action is not the end of time but end of humanity. We the humans have failed history for it will record us as failures of humanity.
The world has not ended, yet humanity has. For if you even have any thoughts of, is this right, or is this wrong, after watching all the innocent children breathing their last breath. Then yes we are at the end of time. For humanity has ended. Where there is no humanity and the humans across the world fight for humanity, then the world has come to an end.
I do hope Christ the Savior does come now and shows all of us we have all gone astray.
For humanity is the sole core of human existence on Earth.
The differences between we the human and an animal is our humanity. If we have lost it then the world has come to an end.
I hope today God the Omnipotent can break bread with all the hungry people of the world. As this world is busy spending money on who has the most expensive dress or not. No one has any money left to break breads across the world, or feed the hungry. Rather today the rich and famous are trending over who has the most expensive dress.
I hope tomorrow as dawn breaks open you can all try to look for your lost humanity. Maybe tonight light the candles of hope, so as dawn breaks open we can all find humanity back and hope the world has not come to an end.
Shed some tears tonight for one innocent child, who had to take his or her last breath, before they could even see the world.
The child’s only fault was he or she was born across the boarder. I guess the innocent child had no Miriam who could see that the child had landed safely across the border.
I ask all of you to not get into a war zone but let’s try to spread peace through love and understanding for one another. Maybe we can unitedly solve the problems rather than divide amongst ourselves, for I believe unitedly we can solve what is wrong rather than dividing ourselves and making things worse.
Remove the obstacles by removing the clouds of confusion and anger by choosing love and understanding. Awaken yourselves first then awaken the souls of the others through love not revenge.
Should I say something or not? Should I just wipe my tears and hide under the umbrella of silence? Or should I say no to the unjust as my eyes see them even though you might see them differently? Isn’t it being an adult when we can agree to disagree and not force one’s opinions on the other?
What about the ICC? As I always believed, let the laws of the lands be the judge!
My mind drifts back to when I had stood in front of the International Criminal Court in The Hague and had tied a ribbon on the peace tree. Today I know citizens of this world need peace within their homes. Not all have the fortune to be able to travel to the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
Yet I know all who seek fair justice when all hope dims away, look upon this court to get some fair justice. As we all hope, justice will eventually prevail.
The one thing I can’t ever forgive is watching people starve.
Starvation goes against basic human rights. Food should never be taken away or stopped from being distributed to the very needy. I can’t sit for dinner these days without being in tears how little children are crying to get some food on their plates.
Children should never become victims of any war. Children should have the right to live their lives and dream big dreams, of becoming a successful adult. A child today could be the scientist who will cure all deadly diseases tomorrow.
War should never be the answer to all solutions as that too goes against basic human rights.
As a child, we are all taught to resolve an issue not escalate it, yet today I watch adults are always escalating issues not resolving them.
The laws of the lands should always be respected even if at times they do seem unfair and unjust. No Presidents nor any countries have a right to get away with doing wrong or taking away food from a child’s plate.
I have a wish, let all the children of this one world live.
I hope all Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Hindu, or others who don’t believe in any religion unite for one another and for all children. Let’s all pray together for the children of this one world. May they not be scared of being dead but have a blessed long peaceful life.
My blessings be with all humans across this one world, may all of you choose humanity not revenge.
“All lives on this Earth are precious, not a burden. Remember tomorrow if you fall and the only person standing is the one you had called a burden, that person just might carry you over your burden of obstacles.”
