Trader Joe’s is ushering in the fall season with a delicious new White Stilton Cheese with Apple & Pear.
Available for just a limited time, the new stilton cheese is produced for Trader Joe’s by a supplier in Leicestershire, England in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir. The cheese itself is made from locally pasteurized cow’s milk, which is then sweetened with dried red apple pieces and a fruity apple and pear compote. After a six-week aging process, the cheese takes on an airy texture, which makes it light, tangy, and perfectly fruity.
As for how you can enjoy the new White Stilton Cheese with Apple & Pear., Trader Joe’s suggested crumbling it into a seasonal salad or throwing it on a warm, grilled veggie sandwich.
