Rest your gaze. Take three big, deep breaths in and out.
On your last exhale, imagine your Heart Chakra is sending a stream of glowing, pink light energy out into the Universe.
Watch as this pink light wraps around all of Planet Earth.
Now start to call this energy back to you. Visualize this energy’s flow reversing, flowing backwards to you, into your body.
Imagine pink energy coming into you from the Universe, and watch as it fills up your entire body and aura.
Notice how you feel as the Universe sends you energy.
Breathe in and out as your cells are filled with supporting pink, loving energy.
Now visualize your Heart Chakra as a magnet for abundance.
Begin to visualize things you need to manifest, anything that represents abundance to you, being drawn into your energy field.
Anything you view as representing abundance, visualize that flowing in towards you and hovering near the magnet in your energy field.
Continue until you do not see any more experiences coming into your energy field. Notice how you feel as these manifestations come into your field of awareness.
