VFS Global, the leading outsourcing and technology service specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, has been appointed to manage visa applications for Moldova in India. Starting from 23 December, VFS Global will accept applications at its New Delhi centre and extend operations to centres in Jalandhar, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Kochi. This development significantly streamlines the visa application process for Indian applicants, who previously had to apply exclusively through the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova.
The new service allows applicants to submit their applications through submission centres or walk-in services, with visa decisions expected within 10 working days. The visa types available include Short-term, Transit, Airport Transit, and Long-term Visas, catering to various travel purposes.
