In healthcare, researchers from MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) and Aarhus University have created an innovative device called MouthIO. This interactive mouthpiece is designed to monitor behaviors such as teeth grinding (bruxism) and may also detect bacteria in saliva, offering valuable insights for dentists and healthcare providers. Furthermore, MouthIO allows individuals with motor impairments to control devices hands-free.
The sustainability movement has also been scientifically aided by Sceye HAPS aircraft. This aircraft can hover high above the ground for extended periods, making it ideal for telecommunication purposes, such as providing broadband access to underserved communities, among other applications.
