The menu is making its way to UK locations where patrons can choose from the Green Curry Burger, Green Curry Chicken and Green Curry Fries, which are each crafted with a green curry mayo dressing. Each item also boasts fresh ingredients like herbs, cucumber and ale-marinated shallots to help cut the heaviness that the grilled and fried ingredients can have.
Culinary & Product Development Manager Peter Kayaian spoke on the Shake Shack Green Curry Menu saying, “Inspired by the UK’s love of curry, our new menu centers around the vibrant flavors of Thai green curry. We’ve crafted a sauce featuring green curry paste with chilies, aromatics and spices, complemented by fish sauce and fresh herbs for that signature Thai essence. The burgers are finished with a blend of Thai basil, mint and coriander alongside cucumber slices for a refreshing balance. We’re so excited to bring this new menu to our UK Shack fans to experience.”
