Sterling Holiday Resorts, a leading Indian leisure hospitality brand, has announced a new program to develop its future leaders. The Emerging Leader’s Development Program (ELDP) is a collaboration with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH), a premier hospitality education institute.
This 12-month program aims to equip Sterling’s employees with the skills needed to drive future growth. A key element is a 4-month immersive program at ISH, focusing on areas like marketing, leadership, finance and digital strategies in a hospitality context, including the growing role of AI.
