Watermelon and strawberries are the star ingredients at California Pizza Kitchen this summer with the debut of several new seasonal offerings, including the California Fields Salad and Sparkling Watermelon Cooler.
Available now through August 18, 2024, CPK’s new summer menu features a fresh medley of strawberry and watermelon-inspired dishes. For instance, the new California Fields Salad features a colorful mix of watermelon and strawberry pieces paired with feta, basil leaves, and crunchy California pistachios, served over a bed of fresh field greens. The new salad pairs perfectly with the brand’s new Sparkling Watermelon Cooler, which is a non-alcoholic beverage that combines watermelon puree with bubbly sparkling water and a hint of lime juice.
Other tasty offerings from CPK’s new summer menu include the sweet Strawberry Shortcake and the Summer Fruit Sangria made with Belleruche Rosé.
