The company will be testing out a new robot built by Bear Robotics that will help with bussing tables, delivering orders and even singing happy birthday to guests celebrating at the restaurant. The company also partnered with Voicify to streamline the ordering process when guests call on the phone by harnessing AI and integrating details straight into Speedline, the brand’s POS system.
CEO and Chief Happiness Officer Tom Sacco spoke on the latest updates taking place at Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream saying, “Many industries are learning just how powerful AI tools can be. We wanted to be at the forefront of these changes. Being able to sync with our point-of-sale system and walk our guests through the ordering process allows our employees to spend more time crafting perfect pizzas and creating memorable experiences for our guests.”
