While many AI assistants can feel impersonal and intangible, Moët Hennessy Wine Estates innovatively created a tangible experience to enrich interactions, bridging the gap between technology and human touch. Divine, the interactive artificial intelligence sommelier, runs on GPT4 technology and was trained with data from from all of Moët Hennessy Wine Estates’ wineries, from Cloudy Bay in New Zealand and Chateau Galoupet and Minuty in France.
Divine debuted at the VIvatech 2024 show in Paris in the form of a framed painting created with Unreal Engine and Metahuman technology. At the event, Divine provided personalized recommendations and conversations about wine and champagne.
