Orbitsys DMS’s software and OSM’s industry leading electric vehicles come together to provide dealers with a powerful suite of tools for exceptional performance in both sales and service.
This partnership will help OSM in creating a fully integrated cloud-based solution designed by Orbitsys Technologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day EV dealership operations, the company said in a media release.
The partnership between Omega Seiki Mobility and Orbitsys Technologies includes several benefits such as faster data integration and multiplication of data reporting, which enables the organisation to produce many more records per second.
Additionally, OSM dealers can obtain information in a matter of seconds, which allows for a notable decrease in reaction time. OSM will also be able to scale up the newly introduced Passenger Vehicle range and to launch 1 ton and 3.5 tonnE-Trucks in response to demand while maintaining the flexibility to maintain its infrastructure by operating on Orbitsys Dealer Management software.
This Dealer Management System supports both Electric Passenger and commercial vehicles, and is pivotal in managing capacity and spare parts, while serving as a unified platform for customer feedback, the release added.
