Nippon Steel to Sell Stake in Calvert JV to ArcelorMittal in Push for U.S. Steel Deal

ArcelorMittal said it would take on Nippon Steel’s 50% stake in the joint venture if the Japanese steelmaker managed to acquire U.S. Steel.
