Merwans, known for delicious baked goods and over nine decades, announced the opening of its second store in Bengaluru, introducing its traditional recipes and new ideas to the lively Koramangala area. This first franchise store is in association with Shreyanka Patil, stated a release.
Established in 1930 by K M Irani and D K Irani, Merwans has evolved from a simple bakery to a beloved name associated with high quality bakery products at very affordable prices. Merwan Irani introduced the first store in 1978 in Mumbai, continuing his parents’ legacy by aiming to deliver freshly baked goods to all households.
Currently, Merwans has 37 franchisee outlets in Mumbai and Pune and one flagship store in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. It remains dedicated to preserving its family values and commitment to excellence.
The new Koramangala franchisee outlet promises to offer an immersive experience for all who walk through its doors. Combining the charm of Merwan’s rich heritage with a modern, inviting ambiance, the store is set to become a go-to destination for people of all ages, the release said.
