Marriott International has announced a collaboration with the Balwa Group to unveil Mumbai’s first Tribute Portfolio Hotel, The Ballard, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Situated in the heart of Mumbai‘s esteemed commercial areas, Ballard Estate, The Ballard is set to open its doors in March 2026. Ballard Estate is renowned as Mumbai’s oldest and most iconic business district, characterized by its rich history, Victorian architecture, verdant surroundings, and spacious offices.

Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal, a historic train station showcasing exquisite Gothic architecture, adds to its allure as a gateway to Mumbai’s colonial-era splendor.
