“We are targeting 60 new stores in FY 2024-25 backed by strategic investments in merchandising, store operations, and customer analytics capabilities,” announced the business in a new report, Indian Retailer Bureau reported.

Intune recently opened its 22nd brick-and-mortar store within 10 months of going offline, the brand announced on Facebook. Intune currently runs outlets in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Vijayawada, and Trivandrum.

The business is also bullish on expanding its other private label brands. As private labels have higher profit margins for multi-brand retailers, Shoppers Stop is keen to harness them for growth.

“Our private apparel brands account for approximately 19% of our total apparel business, with even higher contributions in non-metro areas and newer stores,” announced Shoppers Stop in its latest report. “In our online channels, private brands make up over 50% of the apparel business.”

Shoppers Stop’s revenue from operations totalled Rs 4,213.16 crore in the 2024 financial year. The business is also focusing on expanding its beauty offering this fiscal year, both by expanding its own brand Arcelia and by continuing its exclusive partnerships with international labels.
