Perfect for fans of this handheld staple, the new Summer of Sandwiches menu features a trio of brand-new sandwiches to choose from. First up is the Spicy Brisket Melt, which stars slow-smoked brisket burnt ends layered with caramelized onions, scrambled eggs, slices of white cheddar and American cheeses, and a chipotle aioli on artisan bread. Next up is the Sweet & Smoky BLT&E, which features a whopping four strips of bacon, along with two eggs, lettuce, tomato, and a sweet and savory bacon jam, served on grilled artisan bread. Lastly, there’s the Bacon Obsession Burger, which boasts a hand-pressed beef patty, two bacon strips, two slices of aged white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and bacon jam, all served on a brioche bun.
