Harnessing the Power of Spiritual Energy

Harnessing the Power of Spiritual Energy

In our search for fulfillment and purpose, many of us turn to spiritual growth as a means to unlock our true potential. Spiritual growth is an ongoing process that involves expanding our awareness, deepening our connection to the divine, and aligning with the souls and energies in the universe around us. It is also about cultivating qualities such as love, compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness, while shedding negative patterns and limiting beliefs that hold us back.

Consciousness needs a way to manifest itself concretely, and it does this through spiritual energy. Spiritual energy is the basic building block through which Consciousness manifests in this universe. This energy changes how it manifests according to its vibration or consciousness level.

I’ll share below, based on my spiritual research, how we connect with the first 7 levels of vibrations as manifested in our body through the 7 major chakras.

The importance of spiritual growth

Spiritual growth is the process of expanding our consciousness and aligning our thoughts, emotions, and actions with our higher purpose. It is a journey of self-discovery, where we peel away the layers of conditioning, limiting beliefs, and negative patterns that have been holding us back, revealing our true essence and unlocking our innate potential.

Connecting with the divine

Spiritual growth isn’t just a personal journey; it has a big impact on our communities and the world. As we heal and transform ourselves, we become beacons of light, spreading positive energy and inspiring others to do the same. Through this collective awakening, we can help evolve consciousness and create a more harmonious, sustainable, and compassionate world.

Conflicts around the world often stem from inflated egos, which are a sign of selfishness and a low level of consciousness marked by Separation.

Understanding spiritual energy and vibrations

Spiritual energy is the fundamental life force that permeates the universe; it’s known also by ancient terms like prana or qi. It’s the invisible, intangible essence that animates all living beings and gives rise to our consciousness. I found that this spiritual energy comes from Earth and cosmos and from even higher vibration sources.

This energy exists on a vibrational spectrum, with each individual and every aspect of the natural world vibrating at a unique frequency. These vibrations, or spiritual vibrations, are the foundation of our spiritual experiences and the key to unlocking our full potential. When we’re in alignment with our spiritual vibrations, we feel a deep sense of connection, harmony, and well-being. Conversely, when our vibrations are out of sync, we might experience feelings of disconnection, discord, and discomfort.

Understanding the nature of spiritual energy and vibrations is crucial for our spiritual growth and personal transformation. By learning to work with and harness these energies consciously, we can cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves, our place in the universe, and the interconnectedness of all things. This knowledge can then guide us on our path to greater self-awareness, fulfillment, and spiritual awakening.

How spiritual energy affects our daily lives

Spiritual energy is not something that exists in a vacuum; it is intricately woven into the fabric of our daily lives. From the moment we wake up to the moment we lay our heads down to sleep, we are constantly interacting with and being influenced by the spiritual energies that surround us.

The way we feel, the thoughts we have, and the decisions we make are all profoundly impacted by the state of our spiritual energy. When our vibrations are high and we are in alignment with our higher purpose, we tend to experience greater clarity, focus, and inner peace. We are more attuned to our intuition, and we are able to navigate the challenges of daily life with greater ease and grace.

Conversely, when our spiritual energy is low or out of balance, we may feel drained, anxious, or disconnected from ourselves and our surroundings. We may struggle with negative thought patterns, emotional turmoil, and a lack of motivation or direction. This, in turn, can have a cascading effect on our physical health, our relationships, and our overall sense of well-being.

The levels of vibrations of souls and energy

From my spiritual research and that of other spiritual researchers, this universe is layered on 12 dimensions of vibration. The term Vibration denotes the level of Awareness or Consciousness a soul, entity, or object vibrates at in this universe. For instance, rocks, minerals in general vibrate at the 1st level of awareness, so the lowest. The 2nd level of awareness is embodied by plants, and so on.

The first 7 levels of Consciousness also correspond to the 7 chakras in our bodies. A dimension of vibration is the same as a chakra vibration level. I found that the large majority of humanity vibrates, both as soul and body, at 3.5 Dimensions of vibration or chakra level.

I will give below how the 7 major chakras are connected to spiritual energy levels, and which category of beliefs hinders one’s spiritual growth. It is a spiritual vibration chart actually focused on what blocks spiritual evolution:

  • 1st Dimension of vibration – Root chakra level. Our root chakra acts as the main gateway for the life energy we receive every moment from Mother Earth. This energy enters through our soles, travels up our feet and legs, and reaches the energy reservoir in our root chakra. In ancient Hindu traditions, this energy is called Kundalini energy, and the deity associated with it is Shakti.

Using my higher vision to observe how this energy flows from Earth and connects to people’s root chakras, I noticed that the root chakra is open in the average person only about 4-5%. The openness of the root chakra reflects how much someone has progressed in releasing survival beliefs (e.g. fear of death, illness, aging, lack of money). For city dwellers, the average openness is even lower, around 2-3%. This is likely because living in cities surrounded by cement, plastic, steel, and glass has disconnected us from Nature and Earth.

A great remedy to reconnect with Earth is grounding procedures, especially active grounding procedures. Also, working on releasing one’s survival fears is paramount to open the root chakra more.

  • 2nd Dimension of vibration – Sacral chakra level. The sacral chakra is all about intense emotions, especially concerning relationships with intimate partners, sexual relationships, and negative feelings like shame. When this chakra is blocked, it can cause both physical and emotional distress. Healing it helps restore energy flow and balance emotions and physical well-being. Common limiting beliefs here include jealousy, possessiveness, and dissatisfaction with our partner. I’ve found that this chakra is open on average about 6-7% in people.

The best remedies include meditation focused on these beliefs, releasing limiting beliefs procedures, self-inquiry, soothing music, and working with specific crystals.

  • 3rd Dimension of vibration – Navel/solar plexus chakra level. The 3rd chakra level is all about Will, this is where our Ego manifests the most. It’s about how we approach life and the actions we take to shape the reality around us. It’s about personal power, self-esteem, being assertive, and intelligence. Basically, if someone steps onto their optimal path in life and finds their true mission as intended by their soul, then this chakra is very open because they have released the typical limiting beliefs at this level.

If misused, it’s about being manipulative, misusing power, and lacking purpose in life. I found this chakra to be open on average about 7-8% in people.

Best remedies are releasing limiting beliefs for this level, finding and aligning to his Mission in Life, humbleness, and self-inquiry.

  • 4th Dimension of vibration – Heart chakra level. This heart chakra is about how distant or close we see ourselves from other people. It’s about love or separateness, being open to the reality around or rather separate from it. This 4th chakra reflects what one feels in his heart ultimately toward other people, nature, animals, toward life itself. Blockages at this level manifest quickly whether in violence and aggressiveness toward others, despair, losing trust in humanity, feeling alone, boredom, and even manifest in heart illnesses. I found this chakra being open on average about 8% in people.

The best remedies are reconnecting with other people, with nature, serving others, self-love, and volunteering. Meditation also helps with becoming one with the universe, but from experience actions like mentioned before heal quicker.

I found that less than 10% of all humans now on Earth reached this 4D level or higher of vibration.

  • 5th Dimension of vibration – Throat chakra level. This is the level of the throat chakra, which is all about communication—both with those around us and with higher spiritual beings like saints, God, and spiritual guides. It covers What we communicate, When we do it, and How we go about it. Being honest and having integrity in our discussions shows high character and values while trying to manipulate others with words indicates low character and misalignment with higher vibrations. I found this chakra being open on average about 5-6% in people.

The best remedies are reconsidering your core values and deciding what’s more important: holding onto higher principles and communicating with integrity, or giving in to quick rewards by cheating others and abusing their trust. Sure that meditation on this chakra can help, but it’s not enough if the core values are not aligned.

  • 6th Dimension of vibration – Third eye chakra level. The third-eye chakra openness percentage shows how well a person understands correctly the reality around him, the real Causes of what occurs in reality and the universe around, and not as told him by family, school, society, authorities, friends, books, mass-media, etc. Having a third-eye chakra well open is paramount to assist us in learning our life lessons and moving on, or else we risk repeating them! This is why souls return life after life to retake life lessons, in a never-ending cycle!

I found this chakra being open on average about 4-5% in people.

The best remedies are working on releasing limiting beliefs that obscure our understanding of the reality around us, shedding preconceptions, reconnecting to our soul and God to get assistance in understanding this world to learn our lessons, and raise our awareness!

  • 7th Dimension of vibration – Crown chakra level – The crown chakra is the chakra that governs our connection with the divine, with higher vibrations, with higher entities like your soul, God, spiritual guides, saints, etc.

I anyone to follow an adequate meditation practice, even a good spiritual school and keep an optimistic look about future. Just be in the Now moment, have no regrets for the Past, discern the lessons that belong to it, do what you feel you need to do with full integrity in the Now moment and let the Future take care of himself.

I found this chakra being open on average about 5% in people.

The best remedies are meditating on the divine, connection with our soul, God, spiritual guides, etc. Releasing limiting beliefs that hinder our divine connection like “ There is nothing beyond our 5 senses”, “Each one is for himself in this world”, and the like do help a lot in this sense.

Exploring different types of spiritual practices

While meditation is a foundational practice for spiritual growth, there are many other types of spiritual practices that can help us harness the power of spiritual energy and vibrations. From energy healing modalities and sound healing to practices like breathwork, visualization, and journaling, the range of tools available to us is vast and diverse.

Each spiritual practice offers its own unique benefits and can be tailored to our individual needs and preferences. For example, some individuals may find that they resonate more with the grounding and centering effects of practices like earthing or forest bathing, while others may be drawn to the transformative power of practices like shamanic journeying or past-life regression.

Regardless of the specific practice, the key is to approach it with an open mind and a willingness to explore and experiment. By trying out different techniques and finding the ones that resonate most deeply with us, we can create a personalized toolkit for spiritual growth and self-discovery. This can help us navigate the ups and downs of our journey with greater ease, resilience, and clarity.

Connecting with Nature to enhance spiritual vibrations

One of the most powerful ways to harness the energy of spiritual vibrations is through a deep and intimate connection with the natural world. The Earth, the elements, and the living beings that inhabit our planet are all imbued with their own unique spiritual energies and vibrations, and by aligning ourselves with these energies, we can experience a profound sense of harmony, grounding, and renewal.

Practices like spending time in nature, gardening, or engaging in outdoor activities like hiking or swimming can help us attune to the rhythms and cycles of the natural world. As we immerse ourselves in these environments, we begin to feel a deep sense of interconnectedness, where our own energy and vibrations become synchronized with the ebb and flow of the earth’s energy.

Conclusion: Embracing spiritual energy for personal transformation

As we have explored throughout this article, the path to spiritual growth is one that is deeply rooted in the understanding and harnessing of spiritual energy and vibrations. By cultivating a deeper awareness of these subtle energies and learning to work with them consciously, we can unlock a world of possibility and personal transformation.

The journey of spiritual growth can be a deeply personal and transformative experience, but it doesn’t have to be one that we navigate alone. In fact, seeking guidance and support from experienced spiritual guides, teachers, and communities can be an invaluable resource on our path to self-discovery and spiritual awakening.

As we continue on this journey of spiritual growth, we may face challenges and obstacles, but by remaining open, resilient, and committed to our personal evolution, we can overcome these hurdles and emerge as more authentic, empowered, and fulfilled versions of ourselves. Through this process, we not only enrich our own lives but also contribute to the collective awakening and transformation of our world.
