The AOOSTAR GEM12 is a compact and powerful mini PC equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor. This particular model is designed to deliver high performance with its 8-core, 16-thread configuration and a maximum boost clock of up to 5.1 GHz. It supports DDR5 RAM at up to 5600 MT/s, offering fast memory speeds beneficial for multitasking and demanding applications. The GEM12 also features dual M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 SSD slots, providing ample and speedy storage options. Connectivity is robust, including Dual Ethernet, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, multiple USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, and a USB4 Type-C port. The AOOSTAR GEM12 8845HS version is offered in various configurations, starting from a barebones setup to models with 16GB RAM and 512GB NVMe or 32GB RAM and 1TB NVMe. The product was initially available for pre-order around $549, with shipping expected to commence from March 8. As of the latest update, the GEM12 8845HS is currently out of stock, but interested customers can place orders now, which will be shipped in order of purchase by April 10.
