The CLDP is an intensive nine-month training module divided into three phases. This structured approach addresses the industry’s need for skilled leaders capable of adapting to rapid market changes, enhancing guest satisfaction, and managing diverse teams. The program, supported by Sommet Education’s global network, aims to groom participants in critical skills for General Manager roles.
