The Absurd Snacks nut-free snack mixes are a series of snack products created by Grace Mittl and Eli Bank crafted with taste, texture and nutrition in mind to work well for the modern consumer. The snacks are free from the top nine allergens including milk, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat/gluten, sesame, crustaceans and fish/shellfish. The result is a series of baked snack mixes that feature roasted chickpeas, seed-based granola clusters, fava beans and dried fruit to give them a nutrient-dense profile that doesn’t skimp on flavor.
The Absurd Snacks nut-free snack mixes are also flavored with natural ingredients like nutmeg and cinnamon for the Maple Cinnamon option and rosemary, onion and thyme for the Rosemary Sea Salt option.
