What delivery options does AEG offer?
AEG customers can choose from two options – standard delivery and next day delivery. Standard delivery costs £3.99 per order and should arrive in 3 – 5 working days, whereas Next Day delivery will cost you £6.99 and will arrive the next day if you order before 2.30pm (unless you order on a weekend, in which case your order will arrive the following Tuesday).
Does AEG accept returns?
AEG gives customers 14 days after purchase to return items. Returns on appliances are free – just get in touch with the team to arrange this. However, returns of spare parts and accessories are not covered by their free returns policy – in this case, you will need to cover the cost of all returns postage yourself.
How do I contact AEG?
To talk to the AEG customer support team, you can call 03445 611 611 between 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday or between 9am – 1pm on Saturdays. There is also a live chat feature available through the brand website. Just look for the chat icon in the right hand corner.

Keep an eye out for sales: AEG runs sales throughout the year, with bigger events around holidays and seasonal events such as Christmas, Black Friday and Summer. We’ve previously seen as much as 45% off selected products on offer from these sales, with more items getting discounted during bigger events.
Join MyAEG: When you sign up to the AEG newsletter, MyAEG , you’ll receive regular emails keeping you updated on the latest products and promotions so you never miss a chance to save again. Follow AEG on social media: You can also keep up with AEG on your chosen social media platforms by following them on either FaceBook, Instagram and Twitter. You’ll see any posts about new products or promotions on your feed as soon as they’re available.
How to use AEG voucher codes
1) Look through the latest AEG voucher codes listed above.
2) Choose one you’d like to use and click “Get Code”.
3) Your code will be revealed in a new tab – copy it t your clipboard for later.
4) Head back to your old tab to go to the AEG website and start shopping.
5) Add the items you want to buy to your basket as you go, then click on your basket when you’re ready to order.
6) At the checkout, look for the field marked “promo code” and paste your code here.
7) Click “Apply” and your order total should be amending to reflect your discount.

What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work
We take the utmost care to verify every code before it’s uploaded, and include as much relevant information as we can find to make using our codes as straightforward as possible. However, sometimes codes expire or are amended before we’re able to refresh our pages, and codes may not work as intended.
Should you experience any issues, it’s always best to start by checking the terms & conditions on the page. Click “View terms and conditions” and the code area will expand. You’ll see all applicable criteria listed in this area. For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
All the money TechRadar makes through its voucher pages is earned through a commission-based model. We have deals in place with every retailer that has a voucher page on our site, and every time someone makes a purchase using one of our codes, we earn a percentage of the total basket value back in commission.
